This is the most important section of these terms. All cost estimates, recovery rates, resale projections, and deal recommendations provided by LoadCost.is are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not binding freight quotes, guaranteed prices, or professional financial advice.

Specifically:

• Freight cost estimates are approximations based on publicly available rate data and standard industry formulas. Actual carrier rates vary based on lane-specific pricing, contract rates, market conditions, fuel costs, and other factors.
• Recovery rate percentages used in the Deal Analyzer and Manifest Analyzer are based on industry research and community-reported data. Your actual recovery rate will depend on the specific items, their condition, your selling platform, and your market.
• BUY, MAYBE, and PASS recommendations are algorithmic outputs based on the data you provide. They are not professional advice and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

Always obtain actual quotes from licensed freight carriers or brokers before booking shipments. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing liquidation inventory.

Not a Freight Broker

LoadCost.is is not a licensed freight broker, carrier, shipping agent, or freight forwarder. We do not arrange, book, or facilitate the transportation of goods. We do not have contractual relationships with any carriers. The site is an independent estimation tool only.
